I tried to open a "bank" account at the Post Office near where we are staying. Cannot do that without a residence card -- which I do not have. Stupidest thing I did was close my bank account when I left in 2014. Then I tried to change money at the Post Office near here. Nope. Needed to go to the main Post Office. Just walking out of the temple grounds, it started to snow (or sleet, or wintery mix, or something frozen). Penguins were near the main Post Office and train station.
